all who do I complain to? I waited all summer after my initail appt to get in and get dentures. They kept saying thats all the sooner they could get me in. It was supposed to be done in 3 appts well when I went for second appt for mold to be taken I was supposed to be picking out style, shade and color of new teeth. Doctor said it would be another month and a half before getting my teeth and if I did'nt like it I could leave!! So I did!! I called delta dental to complain, here dentist has been paid in full and said I had already recieved my teeth!! Lies!! So I need to make sure this does'nt happen to other people I have had to eat with 1 bottom tooth for almost a year now, this has been a terrible expeirience thx

What happened when you called Delta Dental? They would probably launch an investigation into it, they surely do not want to be paying for services not rendered.

I would ask your insurance company to print out that paper that says he was paid in full, and what you were to recieve. With that information, take it to your dentist, and tell him that if he was paid for the dentures, then you want your dentures. Just bear with the fact that it may take a while, or, you can go ahead and tell them either give you the teeth, or give you your refund.

Your insurance is paying the bill. You call them again and complain, and you can refuse to pay any part of the bill that you're liable for, like a copay. But if the insurance company and the dentist are both fine with what happened, then there's not much you can do.
