Did anyone experience the time changing on their cell phones a week early?

An employee of mine was an hour late for work two weeks ago because the time changed on her phone. Did anyone else experience this?

Every year in the fall, in America, we have something called Daylight savings. Everyone is to turn their clocks an hour back, because if we didnt, it would be PITCH DARK out at 5 PM. This happens EVERY YEAR, so you should prob be familiar with Daylight Savings...

Never heard of it doing that. Depending on the phone, he could have accidentally messed with settings to put him in another time zone.
