Did i eat HEALTHY enough today!???????????????????/?

Have I ate healthy today?
How have I ate so far today?
Breakfast a Green smoothie with strawberrys, red grapes, banana, baby spinach 2 tbsp of ground flaxseed and water blended.

Snack : 1 boiled egg

Lunch: Half a Wholemeal tortilla wrap with Tuna, Onion tomato and half a avacado, lemon and lemon pepper and a little bit of mozzarella.

afternoon Snack: Half a glass of milk
and later for dinner before 6pm

Dinner: A baked yam, beans and broccoli
Oh and I drink plenty of water..
 
Wheres the water????? You need to get in a good eight 8oz glasses of water a day.

Your afternoon snack, you can have more than 1/2 a glass of milk. Why not have a cup of raisins, or blueberries(even though you had them for breakfast) Another idea, is slice an apple, and get 2 tbsp of peanut butter, and dip the apple in the pb (it's yummy and good for you)

Dinner, you could have had more...wheres the poultry?

Again, because your meals are not small, you need to compensate by having multiple snacks throughout the day.

Hard boiled eggs are excellent!! very good choice

Always keep dried fruits on hand, they'll curb your hunger.

And dont forget the water!!!!

Yes you ate very healthy. The variety of healthy foods is good for you, plus you hadan assortment of proteins in your diet which has beneficial factors.
 
Yes but no. you had no breakfast, plus you ate a bit to much there was no type of water. but this is a good start
