So yesterday i bought a 1600 point microsoft card, & the marketplace was like crashed. I spent literally 3 hours just sitting there entering my code over & over again. Finally, it said that my card was redeemed. I went to go buy the map, and my balance said zero. I waited until today, still zero. I've called microsoft & theyre no help. Please help.
Did i get ripped off by microsoft? Didn't get microsoft points.?

o jeez... thats not good, marketplace was down yesterday... your in a tough spot.... try entering the code now and then try buying the maps, if nothing, call xbox support again, i had to call about my router 7 times b4 a even half wit human picked up on me
