...have not gave up a thing? Obama protected his Union buddies and now the truth is coming out the the Unions did not give up much. They are still continuning the failed politics of the past. Check the article out for yourself: Tax payer money used to keep his Union buddies around, Trade the people for votes... it is a damn shame.
Remember how much more competitive GM was going to be coming out of bankruptcy. Aside from shedding a lot of its debt and attendant costs, the company was going to emerge with a competitive labor cost structure.

I did not know that because it is false.

1) The pubs would have let the auto industry and the rest of the economy go down the tubes.

2) The pubs don't know anything about unions, so what is the point?

3) The pubs can't manage the economy out of a paper bag. They don't care about unions, jobs or the rest of it. Just the profits of billion dollar corporations.

4) If the Unions didn't change at all - which is false - who cares? GM is a privately run company. It borrowed some money from the US and paid it back. Who cares?

5) If you don't like Unions why don't you want illegals coming in and working in the car industry?
 
I hate unions. Their only purpose is to inflate prices and make America less competitive - and I'm a progressive liberal!

Just like Reagan supported amnesty for illegals, I believe Obama's support of unions is a huge mistake.
 
Good, maybe we all should get treated like Union workers, and they double check for illegals.
