Why is it that someone who eats 1200 calories of healthy foods will lose weight, but someone who eats 1200 calories of junk food won't? (I'm guessing it's because junk has more fat and carbs, but I'm not positive.) Are some calories harder or easier to burn off? What calories are easy to burn? Thanks a lot!

I don't know the exact answer to the question, but healthy foods such as fruit and vegetables contain many more vitamins than junk food, such as fiber which will stop you from eating more. They will also give you much more energy throughout the entire day. Though personally I don't think there is a difference between calories consumed from healthy or unhealthy foods.
