I'm gonna be 18 on 19th of Aug and i don't wanna be this weight...
I'm 5'2 and i weigh around 140 pounds...
I'm curvy so my hips are big and my waist is normal..my legs need serious toning up and so does my arms..
I wanna loose roughly 15-20 pounds...but i wanna do it in a short time frame with extreme diet and exercises...I'm vegetarian ..so i lack the proteins i wud normally get from lean meat..
I'm willing to try anything..i really wanna take control now before this weight gets to be a big issue...
any advice??
My typical day starts at 5am...i run on the beach until 6am...then do 20 mins workout when i get home...
i get breakfast....
i workout for 20mins again at lunch time and then get lunch...
and later in the evening...go to the beach and run...from 6pm-7pm...get home and 20 mins workput again...
will many pounds do u think i wud be able to loose by my birthday??
I consume roughly 1500-2000 calories per day...
