-So i'm on a diet. i need to know what food i can eat daily. can anyone help please. any advise from any one would help right about now . i was going to eat a plate of just pasta and water is that bad ?
1)drink up to 4.5 litre of water a day. (will keep u stay from hunger)
2)eat apples each times before ur 3 main meal. (same, + good fibre will absorb fat)
3)drink first, then eat
4)eat more protein (chicken,egg,fish only) if u want to loose weight fast
5) aerobic exercise
6)breakfast like king, lunch like prince, dinner like pauper (this is to enhance ur metabolic rate for fast fat burn)
