hi, well im currently about ( not to sure) 14 stone and a half and im 5"6 and im size 14.
im really un happy with my weight. being 17 now i really just want to get a boy friend and that'ss it.
im not a over big girl but in my eyes i am.every timee i look in themirrorw i think " FAT BITCH" and its reallygetting men me down.
this week my eatinghabitss have changed i dont eat no chrisps but at college and i fancy a paket of chrisps from the shop ( this is not every day about once a week) i go for quavers as i was told these are the healthiest chrisps.
i have cut down on bread. i will try and only ear 2 slises a day.
i eat what ever meal my mum and dad have at night but lunch and breakfast i eat healthily.
this morning i had drained grape fruit from a tin and a bowl of peas, yes very boring but im trying to lose weight before the summer.
for lunch i will probly have a bowl of soap. then for snaks more vegtable with plain tuna.
i have been cutting back the last 3 weeks but ever since yesturday i have cut back alot.
im really dippressed in my weight and i really want to go out with a boy but because i see my self as fat, i feel it lets me down ALOT.
if you can help me i will be very gratefull.
any tips or comment will be usefull.
