I have been in this industry for 7 months now, and although I've only gained two pounds since I've been doing this, I'm seriously concerned about my health. I am having problems sleeping, when it's my turn to drive, I feel like my mid section has grew some, I get tired awfully quickly, I just need to change what I'm doing now. Please, someone out there, help. If you know of such a book where I can follow the routine, please let me know, thanks
