I want to be a New Testament scholar and professor at a university. I will be getting a BA in Religious Studies and Cultural Anthropology with a minor in Jewish studies in a couple of years, but which masters degree is more favorable if I want to teach at a university? Which doctorate degree should I aim for afterwards?
