How can you drop an egg straight down onto a concrete floor without cracking it while holding it at least four feet off the ground?
No hard boiling.
It's a chicken's egg
You only have an egg. That's it.
 
Not sure if this is correct, but when a chicken egg is about to hatch, the being inside off it hugs close to the walls, therefore saving the egg.
Other answers:
-Have a table under the egg that is 3 feet and eleven inches off the ground
-Wrap the egg in bubble wrap, foam etc.
-Put a mattress on the ground
-Put a string around the egg

In my high school physics class, we dropped eggs off the 30' roof without breaking quite a few. I just put foam around mine and then placed it in a small metal can. The egg survived in one piece. I don't know any clever riddle answers, though.
 
im not sure but i think iv heard it or seend it. Make a bag of popcorn, cut a hole in it, put the egg in the hole, tape the whole shut, put weights on the opposite side.
