Directory in Windows 7 for files I clicked "open with" instead of saving?

I emailed myself a word doc the other day and when I downloaded it I clicked "open with" instead of saving it outright. When I was done, I simply clicked save. When I went to open it just now, I couldn't find it anywhere. I thought it might be in %tmp% since I clicked open with, but I don't see it. Is there somewhere else I should be looking, or is the file gone now?

I'm on Windows 7 using Office 2007. The file was downloaded from Gmail using IE.
