directv on demand hd dvr error code 13?

I have an hd dvr, and when i was painting i unplugged things. when i went and plugged them back in and my on demand wasn't working it said channel unavailable and so i went back into system set up and said congrats your connected. but when i still didn't get my on demand, i called dtv and they said wait 24 hrs, after 48, when it didn't wrk they had me reset box. now it say i am connected to network but not internet. my wireless gaming adapter is connected to ethernet switch port, and my blu ray is also connected, and the internet working just fine on there. tried switching ethernet cable from blu ray to box, but still didn't work. dtv tells me they don't know. Does anyone here know in lamen terms b/c i am not overly technical.
