Dish network dvr question?

Okay so I have one receiver hooked up to one tv, but it's also Hooked up to a second tv. So when tv 1 goes to record a show, it also records to tv 2. How do I make this stop?
 
Ok - nothing records to a TV.

When you record a program - both televisions see the recording.

Do you have a DVR that supports 2 televisions? If you split the output of a receiver designed for 1 TV then both televisions are slaved to the same output.

If you have a DVR that supports 2 separate TV outputs - open the little hatch on the front right. There is a button that switches the DVR from single TV mode to Dual TV Mode. Push it once. Now - the second remote will control what the second television sees.

If this fails - call Dish Tech support. They are usually pretty good.
