Dish Network + Wireless Router?

Ok, so I have 2 TV's. One in the living room and the second one in another room. I have a wireless router and would like to hook up the Dish network receiver box to the wireless router so I can get DISH in the bedroom and the living room instead of having all sorts of wires surrounding my house.

Is this even possible?

Not from Dish, at least not yet. AT&T U-Verse is advertising a wireless connection from the receiver to the TV, and that's the first one I've seen. Your router is fine for computer connections, but not for HD TV.
