Dishwashing Job On A Cruise Ship?

How can I get a dishwashing job on any cruise ship, I dont really care about the company, just to be on a big cruise ship as a dishwasher, anyone done this before? how do I land this job? I speak spanish and english so I think I could get it & I have worked at McDonalds and at IHOP as a dishwasher so I have experience.
