Disk Defragmenter or Defraggler?

Which is better to use? I don't really mind about speed, unless one is particularly slow, but which does a better job at keeping your computer/laptop at its best performance?

I use Auslogic Fragment.

Defragmentation yur hard disk might make your laptop run faster, but it also makes hard disk corrupt easier.
Each Hard Disc have their own life span, usually until 10,000 writes (correct me!). By defrag your hard disk, it makes unnecessary memory moves thus shorten your HD life

Use the one microsoft provide and try a few others on a trial basis.

I use defraq and it takes a wile but i am pleased with it
