District 9 Blue-Ray PS3 theme?

On the back of the District 9 Blue-Ray cover it says under Blue-Ray Exclusives there is District 9 PS3 theme but I can not work out how to get it. Can anyone help me?
Where do I find the code?
I have tried going into theme settings and installing it but it comes up with "connect storage media"
 
well do you have your PS3 connected to the internet if not then you will need to connect it then sign up or sign in to your account on the Playstation store press right on the D-pad until you see redeem codes or something like that input the code exactly as it is since it is case sensitive and you should have it if you have any questions feel free to ask away
 
I read it was on the disc and you get it by just going to theme settings and installing it like any downloadable theme . with others you hit triangle in theme settings and select install then select the theme .

btw for free themes search ps3 themes on the ps3 browser - the top 3 or 4 sites to pop up have great themes including district 9 themes .
