Do 1995 Honda Civics come with a "Headlights On" indicator?

I've probably left my headlights on 20+ times at school last year mainly because there is no "Beep, beep, beep" warning sound when the headlights are on and the engine is off. I was wondering if 1995 Honda Civics just never put these in or maybe a fuse went out before I bought the car (about 3 years ago). Does anyone with a 95 Civic have the same problem? Anyone know if I can install one?
 
My 2005 Honda Civic Ex Special Edition Beeps But I Leave Them On All The Time Anyways. Why Dont They Just Make Them Automatic So My Battery Can Stop Draining. Sorry About The Caps I Started Writing And Noticed Half Way And Didnt Want To Retype It All. There Should Be An Easier Way To Make Them All Not On Caps Too!
