do i get to watch blacked out games on nfl sunday ticket from directv?

So I got nfl sunday ticket from DirecTV and to my understanding its purpose is you can watch all nfl games but i cant watch the raiders vs rams game. why is that? Im not a raiders or rams fan but some of my friends are and we cant watch the game. What can i do? Is their anything DirecTV can do about this? i would be really upset if i was a rams fan living in california.
 
you have to scan your tv for the channel the game must not be sold out and it will be on tv at the visiting teams city
