My friend got jumped, and the police are suspicious that it might be another one of my friends. But the thing is, after he got jumped, me and the friend that they suspect, spent a few nights hiding at the spot where he got jumped to see if we could spot the guys who did it and call the police. My friend who is now a suspect got woken up by policed at his door and interrogated. then later the detective who i have actually dealt with before and am not a fan of, called me and asked for an interview so i set one up for tomorrow. i dont feel comfortable with this guy, so i was either planning on opting out of the interview altogether, but most likely just agreeing to a phone interview. is that ok or am i obligated to be in person for it? i live in Colorado
