Do i have to use my personal cell phone to communicate at work? Like my boss and other people calling me at work on my personal cell phone?my dept. has one work phone,so they call the other people on their cell phones.can i get in trouble if i turn off my cell phone and just say the battery is dead?they should buy more work phones.
 
Can you just turn your phone off and say "oh the battery is dead" = NO, because the employer knows it is not true.

You act like an adult, who has an adult job:
- do you have unlimited minutes and it doesn't matter who calls = you let your co-workers call you because it does not cost you anything.
- if you have limited minutes, you tell the employer that = I don't have unlimited minutes ~ can you please reimburse me for the minutes you us or get me work phone?
