Do I need a license for fire outdoors?

I am directing a play and I want to use candles in lanterns, sky lanterns and naked flame outside. We are not charging for tickets.
So we need any kind of insurance of license? This is in the UK.

Hey, You need to license to kill and you will get it from a Guy named Leon the Professional and he's found on IMDB.com. You have to pay though since you can't log into IMDB pro without a VIP pass.

This is going to varying town by town. Call your fire department and ask.

I'd imagine the candles and such will be fine, but you might have problems with an open fire.
