I was wondering If i seem underweight, dont tell me about the bmi crap because i have more muscle and it can be misleading.
Anyway, I am 5''5 (164 cm) and weight is 131 pounds (converted into stones this is 9. 4stones) (converted into kg its 59 kg)
I do carry a lot of biceps muscle, ab muscle and lower leg muscles.
I eat 3 small meals a day.
Do I sound underweight? or skinny? am i on the higher end of skinny? I dont know tell me
