Do I unistall my Internet Security before installing a new one?

I have Norton Internet Security 2008 on my computer, but it expired, so I bought Norton 360 2.0. Do I uninstall my old one before putting in my new one?

this web site is Nortons removal tool I suggest you use it to remove all traces of the old program.Add/remove in control panel leaves reminents behind causing conflicts

It seems you've wasted enough money as it is.

If you want protection, follow these steps:

1. Use a limited user account.

2. Google "social engineering" and read the first five results and take them to heart

3. Don't pirate software, music, videos

4. Use Firefox with NoScript

5. Install Windows updates automatically

And then when your Norton 360 subscription expires, don't buy any more "antivirus" subscriptions. Save your money for something useful.
