yes . but then if you look at it they test this stuf and spend $$$$$$$$ to fix most of the problames there bmwthat flyes but there are so much involved the cost is like $3.6million only 4 made i saw 1 while it was tested i want to see a ufo but all them are at area 51 [i guess]

I don't think so, if rich people had UFOs they would have already been stupid with them and been caught, and if they had Playstation 10s, where would they get the games? Nobody is making those yet. And where would they get their "unknown" technology? Wouldn't the military already have been using it? And how would it be kept secret? Based on this, I am going to say no.
