Do the armchair defectives not realise that it is their interest in part that keeps

the McCann's in the media? They're reading the articles and making comments and there are an ever increasing number of sick and twisted sites 'analysing' the case so editors know that this particular missing child will carry on selling papers for them.

Your thoughts?
 
Every time it has a mention, it keeps it in the public eye. Even your question is doing exactly that.
 
the McCann case has run out of steam for the armchair dejective, whether they did it or not, the proper defectives from Scotland Yard have at least investigated the whole issue.

I'm giving up on this case, I'm now waiting for new cases to come along to investigate and apply my abilities to.
 
True...and then they whine that other missing children don't get as much attention. I'd say they get off their armchairs and find at least 3 other missing cases...each..to analyse.
 
I agree, people alwasy give people who stick up for the McCann's an ear bashing saying we're ignorant/pro-McCann like there is some sort of stupid team. But if people weren't so nasty, people like us would never even talk about the McCann's.
