Do the NY Rangers or the NY Yankees do any meet and greet events?

I really would like to get my boyfriend tickets to some kind of meet and greet event with either the Rangers or the Yankees. I was thinking about a free skate type thing where they give autographs, or something like that. Does anyone know about this type of thing? Or where I can find tickets/more information? Or someone I can contact? PLEASE!
 
Best way to meet the Yankees is to go to their spring training facility in Tampa. As for the Rangers, go to the game two hours early and hang near the tunnel.
 
Yankees have an annual event sponsored by a radio station but the superstars like jeter, tex, a-rod are never there.
Just the b and c players on the team.
