Do TV Movies Ever Get Realeased On DVD Or Blue Ray?

I was just wondering because I saw Best Player on nick and I thought the movie was really good and I want to buy it when it comes out on DVD or Blue Ray. But the problem is I don't think it ever will come out on DVD or Blue Ray. Please answer with true answers not stupid answers.
