"McCarthyism" of the 40/50's? Or do you not even believe there IS an anti-conservative atmosphere in Hollywood and TV programming in general?
If so,Do you acknowledge that Hollywood and TV programs seem very liberal these days.
It seems there are very few conservative actors in Hollywood (at least ones who openly voice their opinions like liberal actors do) and even fewer pro-conservative movies or shows. (the way there are many liberal themed movies and shows, eg. "Lions for lambs, Redacted, An Inconvenient Truth, Boston Legal, American Dad, etc, etc.)
It seems conservative actors know that they need to be silent about their political views or face career suicide, whereas liberal actors don't even stop talking about their political affiliation in between movies, let alone during them.
Or I may be totally wrong....It may just be a coincidence.
What do you think?
(I am asking for your opinion, so please refrain from calling me an idiot, stupid, fascist, neo-con, redneck, etc. All these conservative characteristics have been duly noted. Thank You)
