Do Verizon customers have free calls from state to state when calling during

weekends and after 9? I make calls after 9 during weekdays and during the weekends to Texas and they have T-mobile service, am I going to get charged for my minutes? or is calling in the U.S. from state to state still considered free minutes, even though they don't have Verizon like me?
