Constitution? ...and now that it is being pointed out they basically claim it is their right to violate the Constitution?

"The Supreme Court handed a victory to atheist groups Monday (October 31, 2011), declining to hear a case on roadside crosses honoring fallen Utah state troopers in a move likely to intensify the debate about the constitutionality of religious symbols on public property.

The high court’s refusal on an 8-1 vote to take the case means that a lower-court ruling against the crosses will stand. The 10th Circuit Court of Appeals based in Denver ruled in December that the 14 towering crosses, erected on public property, constitute a government endorsement of Christianity."

With all the life-threatening problems in our country, have you ever wondered why atheists devote so much time and energy fighting over crosses? :be polite: Looks like a satanic diversion of resources to me.

They really don't know what's IN the constitution. They prove that everyday in the things that they say. So I'm not really surprised. I am surprised that the atheists got a "victory" on this despite the constitution.

Yup. They've been doing it for years. They think that because they're in the majority, they have the right to MAKE the rest of us acknowledge their views. Thank goodness these judges recognize the effort to erect crosses on public land for what it is. An attempt to force everyone, whether they believe or not, to recognize Christianity.

I like how whenever there are such cases, there are hundreds of Christians calling to violate the constitution and act illegally - and not a single one calling to modify it so that such acts become legal.
