Do you believe that making laws to make taking drugs illegal ever stopped anyone from taking drugs? When they made alcohol illegal it created gangs and mobs and made most people alcoholics. I believe that most people when told they cannot do something want to do it more.
What do you think?

Most people don't smoke because they necessarily enjoy it; they're ADDICTED to the nicotine. Addiction is not a matter of stupidity.

lol no.

Fun experiment would be making cigarettes shaped like dicks.

See how many people smoke then.

My local Field of Screams-style thing tried the same thing, except for the opposite reason. It worked.

I completely agree with you!
What happened to free society? Why can't everyone just mind their own business and do whatever the hell they want?

Ef the Government.

Pictures always depict what will happen "later on." I think many people who smoke are deluded and believe that they'll quit at some arbitrary point in the future before they "get that bad." People are more concerned with the here and now rather than what might happen in the future. It’s just like if you were to paste pictures of fat people on Twinkies… I doubt people would suddenly stop eating them.

Saw those graphics, they look like cartoons which could appeal to kids.Halloween pictures won't make people stop smoking.Nicotine and the additives make them addictive.Prohibition never worked and won't now.

They do the scary picture thing in Iceland, and everyone who's addicted to smoking still smokes. On the opposite side of the pack, it says in Icelandic "THESE WILL KILL YOU" yet people go on doing it.
