Do you blame cigarette companies or smokers when it comes to people dying?

People know cigarettes cause all sorts of disease, but some people just cannot quit because it is so addictive, and companies increase nicotine levels to keep people addicted... If they werent for sale, then people couldnt smoke, right? And hospitals wouldn't be overcrowded with sick smokers. But, people know the risks, so who's to blame?
 
People have brains they have a choice, to smoke or not to smoke, the same as drinking and taking drugs or driving down a crowded street at 100mph its a choice, being a choice there is a right one and a wrong one so its down to the person making the right choice so the answer has got to be people and the rest of us have to pay for their treatment
 
It really is a partnered blame. The companies know darn well people canmot quit once they start but hey people have minds of their own.
