i look after my 8y/o brother a lot, even when i am not well, or have things planned, i reschedule, because i hate saying no.
BUT if i ever ask my dad and step mum to take my son for a while, they are always "doing something" or "aren't well"
i have been in hosp a few times during the last week, and am in dire need of a rest. my partner cannot take any more time off work, and i am sooo annoyed and hurt by them!
are your parents/in laws helpful?
