Do you get annoyed when people in the U.S. complain about living here?

Someone left the comment:

"hooray for propaganda.
i wouldn't miss it. the real america has been dead for decades."

"It" meaning America, in response to someone saying they will miss America when they go to study abroad this summer.


It annoys me because there are FAR worse places to be. And the way I see it, being able to say such a comment without officials hunting you down and shooting your face off is proof that America isn't so awful.

That person should be thankful they don't live in countries where they have to walk 5 miles to the nearest clean water source or have a 3 day walk to the closest hospital. GRRRR! Dang hipsters and their pseudo intellectualism.

Yes.

They're entitled to their opinion, but most of it is just the "I hate America" bandwagon. They're all free to leave if they wish. We won't miss them one bit.

Yes. It also pisses me of when particular religious people complain about "western culture" and yet live here. Then they even do crap like "honor killings." If they're so passionate about being against "western culture" then why don't they just stay in their little archaic country.

I like America I'm almost positive it's better than Canada. I don't like the hipsters either, why are they always in the salons gettin their greasy hair styled? Every time I go I see one of those wannabe nerds

Yeah I hate it when people complain about living here cause we are so blessed and we have so many resources available to us that other people in other countries don't have! If u dint like it, LEAVE! lol
