Do you get fed up with people being on there cell phones constantly?

I get pissed when they are yapping away and they are holding up the line at the grocery store...or...when they are driving and not paying attention to what they are doing...I have yelled out the window plenty of times GET OFF YOUR PHONE ASSSSSSHLE

While they are driving irks me too... but I cant complain when its anywhere else because my job requires constant communication with people and I am always on that damn phone. Trust me though, sometimes I just want to run it over!
