Every world cup they tamper with the ball - making it lighter, or making it swerve more or move in unpredictable ways. Once again they have changed the ball and the professional players hate it:

No doubt FIFA and the manufacturers do this to make the game more "exciting" by making the ball more unpredictable. Why can't they leave things alone? I hate how most football feels today. I remember many, many years ago how they used to be heavy - you could apply real power to your shots if you had a strong kick. Now they are so light in weight and easily swayed by the air/wind giving the movement more "swerve" and curls. They are s**t balls. Pathetic.
