Do I have to buy the Music Essentials kit to transfer mp3 files form my PC to a micro SD card to the phone? I've tried many methods and nothing seems to work.
The phone recognizes the card but says I have no music anywhere.
I formatted the card using the phone and still no success.
Thanks for your help. I've read the manual, called a Verizon store, and e-mailed Verizon. I still have no answer.
