You mean You need to use other Sim card in the Phone ,you need to Unlock it from Network lock,You can get the Network Unlock code from here
Ihav.net and Unlock it.......

Hi each mobile has an unique unlock code . If you need unlock code you can visit this site Theunlockarena.com here you can get the unlock code and unlock your mobile. To get the code you have to mentioned which country is locked now,network provider and imei number. Then they send unlock code through email.
