Do you have any advice or pointers for a rookie ttc right away for the first time?

My boyfriend and I have been forced into a long distance relationship, but it has proved to us that we want to conceive right away without wasting any time. I had my IUD taken out 08/11, my last periods were 08/06 then 09/10. I'm taking prenatal vitamins and I'm going to spend a week w/him soon and hope I ovulate.
 
I am ttc as well. My husband and I are hoping that we are preggo! When is ur next period due?
 
You can find ovulation calendars online, I have an app for my ipod touch tells me exactly when I'm ovulating. Or you can buy the predictor thing at Walmart or a similar store. GOOD LUCK!! I'm TTC #2
 
theres no need to do it everyday. Every other day is just fine and that way he has his best swimmers lined up for the job
