I have some large tapioca pearl balls, about the size you would make boba tea from I guess.
I was wondering if somebody has a non-dairy recipe to use them in. It's summer here and I have various fruits and jelly so some sort of sweet drink/jelly/pudding will be fine.
I'm not sure how long to cook them for, but I guess I'll just keep going until they're clear.
