Do you know a good recipe for shiitake mushrooms?

My girlfriend likes it and my mom has a lot of containers with shiitake mushrooms. They're dry but if you put I in water it absorbed it .

Fair warning I'm not really a good cook. And I want it to he fast (not two hours or so) because I plan on making it today while my parents and siblings are gone lol. I hate how they say ," OOOH he's cooking for her " it's embarrassing

go for a simple mushroom risotto or paellea an use as many of the shitaki mushrooms as you like.
easy to prepare and cook, any left over can be fried later
also make a shitake cream of mushroom soup
