Do you know of anyone day trips from Seattle to Canada?

My friend and I are going to visiting Seattle for a weekend and would like to stop by Canada for the day. Do you know of any day trip companies? Or any form of public transportation we can take? And what do you suggest we do in Canada? I do have to stress we only want to spend the day in Canada. Because we already paid for the hotels and don't' have to have to pay for another hotel. Thank you
