Do you know the etiquette regarding gossiping and asking too many questions ?

It was narrated that al-Mugheerah ibn Shu’bah said: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Allaah has forbidden you to disobey your mothers, to bury your daughters alive, to not pay the rights of others and to beg from others. And He dislikes gossip for you, asking too many questions, and wasting money.” Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 2231
 
Is this from the hadiths? Sounds like it's being verified by this Shu'bah guy. I know your post is a rhetorical question to spread Islamic ideas, but I'm answering anyways.

The key to gossiping is to think of it as an easy way out. It is very easy to talk behind somebody's back and is much harder to say good things about a person when they're not there. Ultimately, it does not make for a cohesive society, especially when a debate or opinion is not balanced out by an opposing opinion. It becomes dangerous, and opinions become "facts". I believe Muhammad did not go too in depth with this one. You may want to re-analyze your Sh'aria for a more complete view on gossip.
 
Assalamu alikum wa rahmatullah. The ettiquette regarding gossiping,ghibah ans asking too much Iin Islam are not allowed or haram. Gossip is untrue bad story of someone is haram because it is a fitnah.Ghibah the true story of someone's bad doings could not be exposed publicly because we should cover of theors aib (bad doing) except when is infront of the court.Asking too many questions is not allowed too because it will lead into kafirism.We should obey to our parents especially our mother if she commanded us in line with the Qur'an and hadith because we should respect,love and help our parents who had raised us.We could say no to them if their commands are right.Burying female babies alive is not allowed because it is the bad tradition during jahiliyah era.It is the same with killing which is not allowed in Islam Paying the right of others and to beg from others are not allowed too because those bad doings will lead you into the hell.Wasting money,wealth and time are hated by Allah as stated in the Qur'an because Allah wants us to be simple, economies and efficient in the way of Allah
Allah dislikes greedy people and hates unhonesty.
