If it's a computerized application and you can only answer yes or no, I guess you ought to say yes, because in the future, you will require it for employment.
On the other hand, that could make the computer automatically reject your application. If there is anywhere at all to put a comment, then answer no and explain in the comment that sponsorship is not required for the internship, but that you would require it for future employment.
I guess you're better off putting no even if you can't comment. You can always explain if you get an interview, and just say that you didn't want to be rejected automatically.
