Do you talk about your day at work to your family basically everyday?

My mom talks about her work everyday and well it gets annoying. She talks basically of what happened all day at work and about the disagreements she had with people. The point is that it's annoying having to hear that every single day and well she's so concentrated on that she doesn't have enough time to hear my brother and I to talk about school, us, or anything more important. What's the problem or anything?

It does sound annoying, but did you or your brother talk to her about it? Maybe she has to know

For me, I only talk to my family something that is important for them to know and not the whole details unless they want to ask me about it.
