Do you think I can expect results from this fitness regime?

I no longer eat junk food (honestly), just keep regular-sized, healthy meals. Then everyday, I do the Billy Blanks Tae Bo workout, which is a good hour at least. Can I expect to be losing fat with that, or should I have to add something else to my regime?

just make sure you know the amount of calories you are eating. no matter how healthy you eat if the calories are too much you can still gain weight..even if you only eat salads.
