I was just t-boned and I'm waiting to hear if the car is totaled...
It's a 2008 honda civic Ex. it was in perfect condition before the wreck.

Anyway, here are some pictures. Only the passenger side is wrecked. I'm not sure if you can see it that clearly but the door is dented so much it won't shut and the front wheel is slightly bent. Also the interior where the side airbags deployed is torn a bit.

If you guys read the details and look at all of the pictures you will see that the side curtain air bags deployed and the interior on that side is ripped. None of the other air bags deployed.

Your front fender looks pretty badly bent, it could permanently throw the alignment off which will just tear through your tires. I mean it can be fixed but its not going to be cheap.

In my opinion, no, it's not totalled. I could fix this easily. You need a front fender, a mirror, and a door skin on the back door, and a new front door. Looks like the headliner is ripped. It's hard to tell from these photos, but I don't see distortion in either the roofline or rocker area that would indicate the whole car is bent. Whether or not your insurance wants to total it is a different matter, if you can't get an estimate that is far enough under the value. And to the rocket scientists below, a fender has nothing to do with wheel alignment, and a Civic does not have a "frame", it's a unibody, like most every other car on the road for the last 4 or 5 decades.
